Delivery Guide
Standard UK Delivery (2-3 day)
- Free delivery for orders requires a minimum order value of £100 ex VAT. Note this is a web only offer - all other methods ( ie. non web) require a minimum order value of £200 ex VAT.
- A delivery charge for web only orders of £5.95 ex VAT will be charged for orders with a value of less than £100 ex VAT. All other methods will be charged at £12.50 ex.VAT
- Delivery is usually made 2-3 working days.
- Standard UK mainland delivery charge excludes Northern Ireland, Highlands, Isle of Man and Isle of Wight.
- A supplementary delivery cost for heavy equipment may apply.
Premium Delivery
- Premium delivery services, including delivery on a Saturday or next day delivery can be arranged at extra cost. Next working day at £8.95 ex VAT to UK mainland subject to an order value of £100 ex VAT. Orders below this will be also subject to the £5.95 minimum delivery charge.
- Next day before 10.30am will be charged at £14.50 ex VAT, next day before 12pm at £12.50 ex VAT, next day Saturday at £29.50 ex VAT (subject to an order value above £100.00 ex VAT.
- You should place the order before 12 PM to ensure your premium delivery arrives on time.
- We cannot offer premium delivery options for remote areas, offshore and Northern Ireland.
- A supplementary delivery cost for heavy equipment may apply.
Offshore and Remote Deliveries
- For remote areas, off-shore and Northern Ireland please allow 5-7days for delivery.
- Postage rates for these areas vary; please check with our sales team.
- A supplementary delivery cost for heavy equipment may apply.
- We cannot offer premium delivery services for remote, offshore and Northern Ireland.
Some items have extended delivery times. This applies to heavy or bulky items and some items of crockery and glassware.
